Laughter Yoga
Laughter Yoga is an evidence-based modality that promotes health and wellbeing, while reducing stress and anxiety with laughter exercises and yoga breathing. Our bodies don’t know the difference between real laughter and fake laughter, and we get the same benefits either way. Dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin and endorphins are the immediate benefits. 10-minutes of Laughter Yoga is the same as working out for 30-minutes on a rowing machine. These fun group exercise’s help promote wellness, community and good health! All the while helping to bring in fresh oxygen in your body.
